Predelavo in konzerviranje sadja so si ogledali na kmetiji Pr&#8217; Matic&#8217;, ob izdelovanju razli\u010dnih hi\u0161k v \u0161oli pa so merili tudi izgube toplote.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #009900\">Prvi dve uri smo pre\u017eiveli na kmetiji Pr&#8217; Matic&#8217; na Hotavljah, drugi del pa je potekal v \u0161oli, kjer smo izdelovali hi\u0161ke iz energetsko var\u010dnih materialov.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #009900\">Kmetija Pr&#8217; Matic&#8217; je ekolo\u0161ka kmetija. Tam nas je prisr\u010dno sprejel gospodar Danilo Jezer\u0161ek. Pokazal nam je postopek stiskanja jabolk: jabolka najprej operejo in zmeljejo, nato zmleta jabolka stisnejo in v sod prite\u010de sok, ki se bistri od deset do dvajset ur, potem sok pasterizirajo ter ustekleni\u010dijo. Na kmetiji kuhajo tudi \u017egane pija\u010de.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #009900\">Drugi del tehni\u0161kega dneva pa je potekal v \u0161oli. Izdelovali smo hi\u0161ke iz energetsko var\u010dnih materialov. Ko so bile hi\u0161ke izdelane, smo vanje postavili lon\u010dke vro\u010de vode in tako merili izgubo toplote.
